John Selwood will guide you through topical disclosure issues for accountants that prepare financial statements in UK GAAP.

This course will look at the real world disclosure problems being faced by practitioners, and the real world, practical solutions.

Event Information

It will cover FRS 102 (including FRS 102 1A for small companies) and FRS 105 together with any relevant ICAEW guidance. Presentation and disclosure issues will all be covered.

This is a topical course and the content will reflect that.

• Transactions with directors and other related party transactions
• Disclosure of guarantees and security
• Financial instruments
• Eligibility for small and micro company exemptions
