Join us as we celebrate Northern Society’s 140th Anniversary.
The first meeting of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants (at first known as the Northern Institute of Chartered Accountants) was held at 3pm on Monday 31 July 1882 at St Nicholas Chambers, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Join Northern Society President Dr Yvonne Gale for afternoon tea to celebrate the society’s 140th Anniversary, at St Nicholas Cathedral close to the building of the first meeting in 1882.
