In this session we will guide you through effective skills required for hybrid working.
In a rapidly evolving environment, effective teams will be likely be split between remote and onsite/in-office working. As finance and practice teams’ transition from home working to a few days in the office, team motivation, productivity, transparency and cohesion can be materially impacted as teams attempt to find a new rhythm.
In this session, attendees will understand the key challenges of remote and hybrid teams, and the skills required for effective working. We’ll discuss how an effective communication strategy can improve agility and maximise productivity and practical tools to develop team chemistry and motivation, wherever they’re working.
This lunchtime session will be led by Oliver Deacon, an FCA who qualified at Deloitte and, until recently, was an FD at Microsoft, where he gained first-hand experience of leveraging innovation and tech to lead a highly effective virtual finance team.
