The Annual General Meeting is open to all members. Items to be discussed:

• Approve the previous AGM minutes
• Approve the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2019
• Elect committee members
• Any Other Business

The Notice of AGM is available.

Due to social distancing restrictions the AGM will be held virtually, so we hope many members will feel more able to join this year.  Whilst there is no charge to attend please notify us in advance so we can let you know the joining details.
