An essential update for all practitioners and staff involved with clients affected by tax issues, as well as tax specialists.
This course aims to keep your technical knowledge up to date to comply with the ever-changing regulatory environment. The Government have changed the way in which tax law is being promulgated.
We now get a March Budget with some
detail followed by detailed consultations to during the summer with a draft Finance Bill being issued near the time of the Autumn Statement. We will need to monitor the progress of these future changes but also keep abreast of recent tax cases and other tax developments that may impact on our clients. The course is intended not only to alert you to regulatory changes, but to highlight points which can be used in practice.
These courses aim to provide delegates with a practical and intensive review of developments over the last six months as well as changes likely to occur in the near future.

Martyn Ingles
Martyn qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and has specialised in taxation ever since. He became an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 1983 whilst working for a large international firm. His career has combined lecturing with tax consultancy, working for The Financial Training Company Ltd, Horwath Clark Whitehill, and more recently MHA MacIntyre Hudson. He is now a Consultant with MacIntyre Hudson Advisory Services LLP. Martyn’s main area of interest is tax planning for the family business, in particular tax efficient remuneration, exit planning and restructuring. He lectures on this and other taxation issues as well as running his own tax consultancy practice.
