This is a sector specific discussion group for members that work in the tourism & hospitality industry.
Tourism and hospitality is an important industry for the North East economy which has been one of the hardest hit during this pandemic.

As we now start to come out of the crisis it is important for those working within this sector or have clients within the sector to come together to discuss and share how businesses can approach the recovery in order for the North East economy to return and remain strong.
For the roundtable discussion we will be joined by Ian Thomas Director of Tourism & Research at the Newcastle Gateshead Initiative’s (NGI), who will give an update on the support that NGI is offering the Tourism industry. This session will be chaired by PwC’s Craig Willis, who sits on NGI’s emerging leaders’ board.
