This course will update participants on all changes affecting payroll, expenses and benefits.
2021 sees the commencement of the off payroll working rules across the private sector, much delayed but due to commence on 6 April 2021.
There are changes to the rules already implemented for the public sector, and many organisations – both contractors and engagers will be meeting the rules for the first time. This course will update participants on all changes affecting payroll, expenses and benefits, and will follow with an in-depth look at the off payroll working rules commencing in April 2021.

Rebecca Benneyworth BSc FCA MBE
Rebecca is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. She is a lecturer, writer and consultant on a variety of taxes, lecturing extensively throughout the UK, to accountants, business people and also to HMRC and the Treasury.
She has her own accountancy practice based in Gloucestershire, with a variety of small business and personal tax clients. During the last two years this has become a 100% digital practice.
She is Chair of the HMRC Digital Advisory Group, providing help and support to HMRC in understanding the challenges that Making Tax Digital presents to small businesses and their advisers. She is also a member of the Admin Burdens Advisory Board, an independent group monitoring the burdens the tax system impose on businesses.
Rebecca is a past Chair of the Tax Faculty of the ICAEW, and serves on the Tax Faculty Board. She is ICAEW council member for South West England, and was awarded an MBE for services to the tax profession in 2012.
