This session will cover the significant changes arising from:

• ISA (UK) 315 (Revised July 2020) Identifying and Assessing the Risks of Material Misstatement and
• ISA (UK) 240 (Revised May 2021) The Auditor’s Responsibilities Relating to Fraud in an Audit of Financial Statements.
• Revised/New International Standards on Quality Management

Revised ISAs 315 and 240 are effective for periods beginning on or after 15 December 2021. In most cases this means that the changes will apply to December 2022, year ends,

Revised ISQMs apply from 15 December 2022.
